By using this service you consent to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • Callers must ensure they have bill payer's permission before using the service.
  • All calls to ZipCall access numbers are billed by your telephone line provider at their relevant rates. OFCOM has confirmed the calls to 03 numbers must be treated the same way at 01 and 02 numbers and form part of your free minutes bundle. You can confirm this at http://ask.ofcom.org.uk/help/telephone/03number
  • Calls are charged from time of connection to the service, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered.
  • When calling from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialling the access number but not again after dialling the destination number.
  • Calls to non-geographic numbers, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise specified.
  • ZipCall reserves the right to terminate suspected fraudulent calls and/or block any user from using the service in its sole discretion.
  • The service is provided subject to availability and ZipCall make no guarantee about either the availability of the quality of the service.
  • Your data collected using the service (i.e. your phone number) will never be sold to a third party and will only be used by ZipCall to keep you updated about our services and those of our parent company 2Abroad Limited. Any messages we send you will have clear opt out instructions or you can opt out by email us at info@zipcall.com.

Web Site Privacy Policy

  • 2Abroad Ltd collects data when you use this web site. Currently data is used solely for the purpose of processing any contact forms you complete. If a registered user wishes to be removed from the database this can be quickly and easily achieved by either a) contacting us at info@zipcall.com or b) clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email received.
  • Whenever you enter your email address in any place on our website, or even when you send an email to our team, you can't help but provide us with data on yourself. Providing us with this information is at your option, but we promise not to use this information without your prior say-so except as described above in providing periodic newsletters regarding 2Abroad services.   • We may use data to customise and improve your user experience on this site and our service.   • While this Privacy Policy states our standards for maintenance of Data and we will make efforts to meet them, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards.
